Our clinic still not opening at Level3 but will resume operation on the alert level change. Please feel free to contact me to make an appointment afterward.

Please following the rules.

#Face masks must be worn.

# please sanitize your hands upon arrival

(We have hand sanitize in the premise)

# if you feeling sick or have CoVID-19 symptoms we are unable to let you into our premise.any cancellation and re-schedule notice received LESS than 4hours

# Please maintain 1m distancing with others within the premise

# To minimize the amount of people with the premie, families and friends will not be allowed to wait inside the premise.

In return, we will endeavor to maintain good hygiene level of the premise for all.
